These terms cover the AI automation readiness audit sold on this site. Catalog projects (booking and CRM setup, private AI assistant setup) are agreed separately, in writing, before that work starts.

What the audit includes

A completed intake questionnaire, one call, one written report naming three to five ranked automation opportunities, and one revision round. The report is delivered in business days, counted from the day both the intake and the call are complete.

What the audit does not include

The audit does not include building any of the recommended automation. Building a recommendation is a separate, clearly scoped project with its own written price, agreed separately. The audit does not include legal advice, and it is not an open-ended consulting engagement; there is no retainer.

Price

The audit is sold at a fixed price, shown on the Pricing page, agreed before work starts. There is no change to the price once the intake is received, unless the scope changes by agreement.

Revisions

One revision round is included. A revision corrects or refines the opportunities already identified; it does not restart the audit with a different business or a different set of tasks.

What the report is

The report is a set of estimates and a recommendation based on what you tell us in the intake and the call. The hours-saved and cost/complexity figures are honest estimates, not promises of a specific result. Automation outcomes depend on how a recommendation is implemented, which is outside the scope of this engagement.

Cancelling

If you cancel after the intake is submitted but before the call, we refund in full. If you cancel after the call, the report has already begun and the fee is not refundable.

Confidentiality

What you tell us in the intake and the call is used only to produce your report. We do not reuse your business details in any other client's work, and we do not publish your name or your data without your separate written permission.
