Privacy
This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
This page was drafted by GranitCorp for the real SparkAudit service. It is meant to be read by Guy Granit and approved before the site goes live, not published as a placeholder.
What the contact form stores
When you submit the contact form we store, in a single record: your name, your email address, the business type you chose, your message, the time of submission, the IP address the message came from, and your browser's user-agent string. The IP address and user-agent are kept only to detect automated spam; they are not used to identify you beyond that.
We do not use cookies to track you across visits, and we do not share form submissions with any third party. There is no third-party form or analytics service on this site.
How long we keep it
A submission is kept for 12 months from the date you sent it, or for as long as we are actively in contact with you about it if that is longer. After that it is deleted. If you ask us to delete your submission sooner, we will, unless we are required by law to keep it.
Who sees it
Submissions are read by Guy Granit, the founder of GranitCorp, and by GranitCorp's own systems used to route and record new messages. Nobody outside GranitCorp sees your submission.
Theme preference
If you use the light/dark/system theme control in the header, that choice is stored only in your own browser's local storage. It is never sent to our server.
Ask us to delete your data
Email privacy@sparkaudithq.com with the email address you used in the form, and we will remove your submission.
Changes to this page
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
