How the work gets done

GranitCorp runs its own production platform: AI1, and the agent that operates it, O. Every deliverable, including a SparkAudit report, goes through the same discipline before it reaches a client:

• A written scope, agreed before work starts.
• A person's approval before any change begins.
• An independent review, separate from whoever did the work.
• A written acceptance checklist, tested, not assumed.
• A backup behind anything that stores data.
